Step 1

How It Works

Review the program terms before completing your registration below.

1. Qualifying Referral

A referral qualifies when all three conditions are met:

  • You introduce the prospect to Luum in writing (email or message).
  • The prospect signs a service agreement with Luum within 6 months of your introduction.
  • The referred client makes their first payment to Luum.

No minimum retainer threshold. Any client who signs and pays qualifies.

2. Compensation

Choose one option at the time of registration:

Rate 4% of fixed monthly retainer 8% of fixed monthly retainer
Payment PayPal or bank transfer Credit applied to Luum invoice
Timing By the 15th of following month Applied before next invoice
Duration 6 months from client's first payment 6 months from client's first payment

Commission base: fixed monthly retainer only. One-time project fees are excluded. If the referred client downgrades, commission adjusts to the new retainer. If the client stops, commissions stop at the last paid month.

3. Payment Conditions

Commission is payable in a given month only when the referred client has paid their Luum invoice that month. Unpaid invoices are excluded until collected. Transaction fees are the Partner's responsibility.

4. Exclusions

  • The prospect was already a Luum client or in active discussions at the time of referral.
  • The referral is made by a current Luum employee or contractor.
  • The prospect does not sign within 6 months of your introduction.
  • The referred client has overdue unpaid invoices — commission is held until settled.

5. Tracking & Updates

Send a direct email introduction to help@luum.co, copying the prospect. Luum will confirm receipt and notify you when the referred client signs and when each commission is processed.

6. General Provisions

  • Independent parties. You are not an agent, employee, or representative of Luum.
  • Confidentiality. Both parties keep agreement terms and client information confidential for 2 years after termination.
  • Rate changes. Luum may update rates for new referrals with 30 days' written notice. Active referrals keep their original rate for the full 6-month window.
  • Termination. Either party may terminate with 30 days' written notice. Accrued commissions are not affected.
  • Governing law. This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
