Luum MCP ("the Service") is a data integration feature that connects your Amazon Seller Central account data — as managed by Luum on your behalf — to Claude.ai, an AI assistant made by Anthropic. The Service allows authorized users to ask questions about their Amazon business data in natural language and receive AI-generated responses.

Access to the Service is limited to individuals explicitly authorized by the brand or company that has an active account management agreement with Luum. Each authorized user receives a unique access key. Sharing your access key with unauthorized individuals is not permitted and may result in immediate revocation of access.

The Service provides read-only access to Amazon business data that Luum already collects as part of its account management services, including: advertising campaign performance, inventory levels, order history, and sales data. No personally identifiable information (PII) about Amazon buyers — including names, addresses, or contact details — is included. No data is written back to your Amazon account through this Service.

Your Amazon data is used exclusively to answer your questions within Claude.ai. Luum does not use your data to train AI models, share it with third parties, sell it, or use it for any purpose outside of providing the account management services described in your agreement with Luum. Data is stored in Luum's private infrastructure and is accessible only to authorized Luum staff and to you through this Service.

This Service connects to Claude.ai, an AI product made by Anthropic, PBC. By using this Service, you acknowledge that: (a) your queries and the data used to answer them are processed by Anthropic's systems under Anthropic's own Privacy Policy and Terms of Service; (b) token usage and any costs associated with your Claude.ai account are your own responsibility — Luum does not pay for or control your Claude.ai usage; (c) AI-generated responses may contain errors and should not be the sole basis for financial or operational decisions.

You may use the Service to ask questions about your own Amazon business data for internal business purposes. You may not: attempt to access data belonging to other brands or sellers; attempt to extract, scrape, or reproduce the underlying data in bulk; attempt to probe, reverse-engineer, or extract information about Luum's systems, infrastructure, or internal processes; use the Service in any way that violates Amazon's Acceptable Use Policy or Luum's agreement with Amazon as a registered Solution Provider.

The Service provides AI-generated responses based on your business data. These responses are informational only. Luum makes no warranty that AI-generated responses are accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular business decision. You are solely responsible for any decisions made based on information provided through this Service.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Luum shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this Service, including but not limited to business decisions made based on AI-generated responses, unauthorized access resulting from sharing your access key, or interruptions to the Service.

Luum may revoke your access key at any time, with or without notice, if your use violates these Terms or your account management agreement. You may request revocation of your own access key at any time by contacting your Luum account manager.

Luum may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be communicated through your account manager or via email.
