We configure your account infrastructure, launch promotions, and build the demand engine before campaigns go live.

Prerequisite
This phase begins only after Phase 02 — Build Assets is complete and listings are live on Amazon.

Days 1–10 · 10-day window Luum

Account Infrastructure Setup

FBA settings, Brand Registry, inventory level tools, seller margin monitor, and CS autoresponder are activated. First shipment plan is created, including Vine enrollment.

Days 11–14 · 4-day window Luum

Promotions & Pricing Strategy

Vine program is set up, pricing strategy is defined, and parent/variation catalog structure is finalized. Coupons, deals, and promotions are activated alongside attribution links for off-Amazon review generation.

Days 13–17 · 5-day window Luum

Launch Campaign Setup

PPC strategy is defined and launch campaigns are built. Image and video assets are requested as needed. A PPC details report is prepared covering campaign structure, targeting, and initial budget allocation.

Days 18–20 · 3-day window Together

Deliverable Review & Sign-off

A full deliverable report is shared covering infrastructure setup, promotions, and PPC structure. You review and confirm. Phase is closed once the Launch Engine checklist is complete.

Once the Launch Engine is verified, Luum activates Phase 04 — Structure Campaigns: full sponsored ads infrastructure goes live across all campaign types.
Estimated duration: 19–22 business days — from account setup to Launch Engine sign-off. Several workstreams run in parallel to keep this phase efficient.
